I am a native and current resident of Lakeland, Florida. I am the fifth child and youngest son of Wilman (deceased) and Dorette Webb and happily married to Deborah Ingram Webb. Together we have three handsome sons, Rashod, Trey and Deronte, and one beautiful daughter, Heavyn.
After graduating from Lakeland Senior High School, my studies continued at Bethune Cookman University where I received my Bachelors Degree. Continually driven to set high goals for myself, I entered Nova Southeastern University earning my M.B.A. and received my Biblical training from Dallas Theological Seminary (Tampa extension site).
My employment began with Polk State College in 1990 and I have served in several capacities of student services. In January 2006, I was named Dean of Student Services - Lakeland campus. I believe that a good education is one of the greatest equalizers in society. In my community, I am currently active and take leadership roles very seriously. Currently, I am president and assistant coach of the Lakeland Lumberjacks Youth Football organization, coach of the Simpson Park Jr. NBA Basketball team, member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and graduate of the Leadership Lakeland program. My wife and I have also coordinated several voter registration drives over the past years and continue to be active members of the community in various ways. My Christian walk began as a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida. For a period of 28 years, I was under the spiritual leadership of Rev. J. J. McGriff, Pastor. In 1997, I accepted my calling into the ministry and was ordained in 1998. In 1999, the Lord led me to Harmony Missionary Baptist Church where I served as an associate minister under the spiritual leadership of Rev. Steve Caudle, Pastor.
On Tuesday, January 8, 2002, I was called to be the Pastor of New Bethel which is my first pastorate position.
God bless you. Rev. Reginal T. Webb, Pastor
